With conveyancing taking an ever-increasing amount of time, sometimes causing sales to fall through, we now work with our clients to collate comprehensive information up-front, relating to their property. We can then share this with buyers and their solicitor, speeding up the conveyancing process and reducing the risk of the sale falling through.

This ensures a fair and efficient process for all involved, offering protection against anyone who may not be truly committed, with financial compensation paid if a buyer/seller withdraws without good reason.

A sale can fall through over £500, easily avoided with communication and pragmatism, and that’s where we come in. Sales progression is an often-overlooked element of the house selling process yet it’s absolutely critical. We work with all parties every step of the way to avoid unnecessary delays. 

We often help our clients with their onward purchase – advising on price, conditions of purchase and even giving an impartial view of the suitability of a property according to our clients’ short and long term goals. Several times we have covered our fee in the saving we make for clients on their onward property!
