Seller Insight

I moved into Charters Estate with my partner a few years ago. The apartment was the perfect size for us and the estate is the most incredible place to live. Driving into the estate has the wow factor every time, the tree lined entrance is really impressive.

The views over the garden from this apartment were a real selling point and the interior is very well laid out. The kitchen has everything you need and it’s cleverly designed so cooking and entertaining are easy here. The interior is all high spec and has stood the test of time very well. You don’t find that very often in apartments.

You don’t have to think about security, it’s a huge benefit. I used all the facilities regularly; steam room, hot tub, billiards room, pool, tennis court, sauna. The vast majority of the time you’re the only one there so it’s like having your own private facilities.

Charters has everything in terms of space, facilities and security. To recreate it in your own home would cost millions with the pool, grounds and concierge… there’s nothing like it in the area.  A friend lives in One Hyde Park and was blown away by Charters. The array of facilities is so much better here but at a fraction of the price.

Whoever moves here will love it, I’ve no doubt.


Sunninghill in Berkshire is a quiet, sought-after village popular with discerning residents who value discretion.

With Sunningdale Golf Club, Wentworth Golf Club, Guards Polo Club and Ascot Racecourse all within 3 miles, Sunninghill offers year-round activities on the doorstep. Noteworthy dining and social spots include Coworth Park Hotel, Bluebells and Pazzia. Twenty minutes away is the village of Bray with The Fat Duck, The Waterside Inn, The Crown and Hinds Head Michelin starred restaurants.

For shopping, Sunninghill is a pretty, friendly village a short walk from Charters with a few independently owned shops, hairdressers and restaurants.
