It’s telling that the first question a potential client asks sometimes is what my commission rate is. This is largely because lower commission = more money in the seller’s pocket right? Wrong!
Although our % commission is slightly higher than a high street agent, we are in fact the cheapest agent, sometimes achieving our sellers tens or even hundreds of thousands of pounds more than our competitors on the sale of their homes.
